Book A Curly Cut Appointment
When coming into your appointment your curls must be clean, dry, and detangled. Also, no hair accessories ( hair ties, Bobby pins etc.) You may have little to no curl products in your hair.
If your curls do not meet requirements and are wet, or tangled we will charge you an extra $20 fee for inconvenience.

When booking a color appointment here at the Curl Lounge we have some guidelines. Our most important rule is always the health of your curl pattern. We never want to drop anything that will deteriorate your curls. We require a consultation prior to any color appointments that’s available on our booking app. There we will discuss your curl pattern, color history, and all your curl goals. We do require a deposit day of consultation to book your color appointment. If deposit is not paid service will be canceled.

We take so much pride in being one of the only curl based salons in Sacramento that specialize specifically in children’s curly haircuts. We are dedicated to teaching kids and their parents how to care for their curls. We believe that making a shift at a young age will help their development in self love and appreciation of their curls

Refunds and Deposits
To book any appointments at the curl lounge we require a 50% deposit on booking app. If deposits are not paid, appointments will not be accepted. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, or reschedule. If not rescheduled or canceled within that time your card will be charged the remaining balance. If you no show/no call your appointment you will be charged the remanding balance. All products, hair tools, or merchandise is non refundable
